I have booked the room for five nights with my husband. Beds were being cozy and the room was constantly pretty clean. Staff members have been really helpful and welcoming and always took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are spacious and also the closet. The bathroom have been clean and the shower was fantastic. Not a very social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

Assuming that you are travelling to Puerto del Carmen you have to book a room here. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are very nice. The atmosphere was nice and cozy.
